In Vitro embryo production from bovine and buffalo calves

Dramatically accelerate your speed of genetic gain by making "babies out of babies". We can collect oocytes by laparosocpy from your calves between ages of 2 and 6 months (average so far ~16-18 eggs/calf), make embryos using in vitro technology, and transfer them to adult recipients that will carry the pregnancy to term (>50% pregnancy). The result is that your best animals will have babies on the ground before they actually reach age and weight to be bred for the first time.

We can accommodate training solutions tailored to your specifications and needs. Multiple vs. single technique; small vs. large groups. We have training experience with different requirements and environments, and can provide the course in English, Portuguese and Spanish.​ Popular hands-on courses include laparoscopic procedures (LOPU, AI, ET); surgical procedures (embryo collection and transfer); transcervical insemination (goats) and  non-surgical embryo collection (goats).

Assisted reproduction in Wild Animals

We've had the priviledge of participating in several wild animal reproduction efforts, including multiple ruminant species in South Africa (Springboks, Blesboks, Gemsboks and Wildebeests) as well as with big felines in Brazil (Pumas, Jaguars and Panthers)
